ACA reporting deadlines fall in first half of 2016. If you’re an Applicable Large Employer (ALE), under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) a major compliance hurdle looms on the horizon.
In the first quarter of 2016, ALEs are required to file ACA forms 1094-C and 1095-C for the first time.
Called “detailed and complex,” the forms detail health coverage and employee information related to ACA. And forms aren’t just due to the IRS. Employers are also required to provide a 1095-C to qualifying employees.
